30-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received
Unused and unworn
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon delivery.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us immediately at pearlsbydagg@gmail.com so we can make it right.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must still meet our return requirements (unused, with tags, in original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may need extra time to process the refund.
